This backpack is awesome to say the least. I not only carry my 17"+ laptop, I carry the cooling pad for it, the power supply, my Logitech cordless mouse (and if you have seen those you know they are gargantuan)and I occassionally throw in a few other things for good measure. It holds the weight. It expands to handle the bulk. And it looks good doing it. The quality is exceptional. I expect it to last a long time. Very pleased and well worth the price.

Brought this backpack a few months ago, truly love this bag. The many pockets alone, is enough to make me never regret shelling out 80 bucks for this bag. It secures my laptops very well, and it's so damn cute the color and the graphics are awesome!!

As much as I was hoping this backpack would work for my needs, it was unfortunately much larger & heavier (even with nothing in it) than I anticipated, plus 2 zippers have already broken, as well as the snaps to close the top flap, which are coming apart now.
I enjoyed some of the features, but there are a large number of negatives unfortunately. The front pocket where pens & other small elements are placed caused a bunch of scrapes on my hand when reaching down inside while the bag was full of my laptop, 2 textbooks, 1 or 2 notebooks, plus a folder or 2. Additionally, I was very disappointed with the very small pockets which include a netting separator, which is completely USELESS! All it does is block the pocket from taking in all the items it could even possibly hold by half. If you put keys in there they get stuck, it was just a huge waste. On top of that, the weight caused everything I placed in the bag to feel 2x heavier, which for someone who is disabled is a seriously negative quality.
The things I did like was the padding on the straps for the back pack was helpful, & there were some other good things, like the depths of the actual large compartments, allowing me to carry quite a bit of additional items, like extra water bottle & a container of fruit. But overall this bag, which starts out as a pretty impressively large pack that will hold a large 17" screen -- but notice that the majority of reviews were written very early on by other owners of the bag. Perhaps the other reviewers would have some problems of their own to list if the reviews had been made after the 6 month mark, rather than within 1 - 3 months.
Hope I didn't offend too much. I am out $75+ bucks for a bag I really needed to fulfill my needs as a graduate student, and it is harsh that now I will have to buy another bag for hopefully a lot LESS than what I mistakenly spent on this bag.
