UPDATE UPDATE FIVE STARS: My problem was handled so quickly. I came home yesterday and there by my door was my twin size product!! Oddly, I hadn't rec'ed a response that it was coming but the Seller must have rec'd my emails because he/she did exactly as I requested. I'm so happy. The product is perfect too. It's sturdy and comfortable and holds the mattress securly. If the Seller reads this, I want to say thank you. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend ordering from your company.
2/27/11 - I received my order very quickly. I was so excited because I needed to set it up this weekend because I have a guest coming next weekend. My foot is broken so I needed help lugging the box to the basement where the guest room will be. We opened the outer box, pulled out the frame and oh no....it was a king sized frame. I can't tell you my disappointment. I will keep you posted as to how this is handled. Of course there was no customer service phone number so I sent an email asking for an exchange right away. I have no idea how I am going to get the king sized frame back up the steps. I'm hoping they will ship the correct size out on Monday and let me figure out how to get the wrong one ready for return. Really a pain to have to return/exchange this type of thing. It looks like it will be great. I'll let you know....

It's everything they advertise. I am going to buy a larger one this month, because my daughter liked this one and I gave it to her. Now I want to get a queen size as well. It's a perfect support for a futon mattress or some other mattress where you want to use it as a bed, but you don't want a box spring. Yay! I wish Amazon had them prime! They are light weight and very easy to set up.
